By understanding the Eight Limbs you can have a clearer, more complete picture of the path of Yoga. It is not just a physical practice, but a spiritual practice for individual evolution. The limbs of yoga help you to understand the process and what is required to advance in your personal practice.
I have created this course for my students and have personally taught it in my coaching classes with these videos as the foundation. By exploring these eight limbs and seeking to practice them, you will begin to embody Yoga. It becomes much more than just a physical practice that you dedicate time to occasionally. It will become a living experience of spiritual practice.
